Orange chicken is a Chinese take out favorite.
It can be made easily at home if you have the following ingredients in hand.
3 Chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger and garlic
Chilly flakes (optional)
2 tbsp corn starch dissolved in water
1. Add salt and pepper to flour.

3.Deep fry the floured chicken pieces for
about 5 to 6 minutes and drain on a paper towel.
4.Mix together all the ingredients for sauce
except the corn starch and bring it to a boil.
5.Add the corn starch and stir until the sauce
6.Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce
and stir till all sauce is absorbed by the chicken pieces.
