Popular Bollywood actor Nirmal Pandey, who played baddie in Nagarjuna's
latest flick Kedi, passed away on Thursday afternoon following a
massive heart attack. He was 48.
He suffered a massive heart attack while working on the sets of his
latest movie Lahore, being directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. He
complained of restlessness and was immediately rushed to Holy Spirit
Hospital.
Hospital sources revealed that the actor was brought in a critical
condition, when he was brought to the hospital around 3.15 pm. He was
completely unconscious and his vital parameters were almost at zero
level.
Nirmal Pandey, a product of National School of Drama, is married to
actress Archana. He has been working as a theatre artists before he
worked in Hindi films. Nirmal Pandey has been associated with London
theatre group Tara and has worked on more than 125 plays.
Nirmal Pandey has been recognized for his work in movies like Daayra,
Pyar Kiya to Darna Kya, Bandit Queen, Is Raat ki Subah Nahi and Train
to Pakistan. His last film is Lahore, where he plays the role of a
Pakistani. It will be released on March 19.
